Rooted in Connection

Saha Float Spa began with a brother-and-sister duo who believed in creating a place where people could slow down, reconnect, and simply be. Over time, Saha changed hands and found its way to Anias, a Sacramento native with a deep appreciation for wellness and a belief that the most meaningful experiences are often the simplest ones.

Today, we continue to build on that original spirit. At every opportunity, we choose authenticity over performance and genuine human connection over the idea that wellness has to be complicated. Because before anything else, we are people caring for people, and that human connection is at the heart of everything we do.

A LITTLE ABOUT US

A Practice in Stillness

At Saha, we’re drawn to the quiet power of sensory deprivation and floatation therapy. When the body is supported by warm, mineral-rich water and the distractions of the outside world begin to fade, the nervous system has an opportunity to shift away from constant stimulation and toward a more restful, parasympathetic state.

But there is no single way to experience wellness. Your body, your needs, and your relationship with stillness are uniquely yours. That’s why our experiences are intentionally customizable, from the music and lighting you choose during your float to how you spend your time before and after. We’re here to create the space; you get to decide what you need from it.

the Team

  • Anias

    THE OWNER

Sacramento-born and the owner of Saha, Anias is passionate about creating a wellness space that feels genuine, approachable, and deeply human. She believes Saha is at its best when it gives people permission to slow down, listen inward, and simply be.

  • Tyler

    THE FIXER

The person keeping things running behind the scenes. From maintenance and repairs to the countless little things that keep Saha functioning, Tyler makes sure the space our guests rely on is cared for.

  • Megan

    THE COORDINATOR

Megan has been an important part of Saha’s day-to-day rhythm and is growing into a new role helping bring projects, ideas, and bigger-picture initiatives to life. Meg brings thoughtfulness, organization, and a genuine care for both our guests and our team.

  • Veronica

    THE ESTHETICIAN

With over a decade of experience in skincare, Veronica brings expertise and intention to every custom facial. She works with PCA Skin to customize treatments that meet each guest where their skin is, rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.

THE HOSTS

The people you’ll meet when you walk through our doors. When it’s not one of us, it’ll be one of our incredible Float Guides. They’re here to welcome you in, answer your questions, help you settle down, and make sure everything feels easy before your experience.

Our Hosts are often the first and last point of connection at Saha. They know when to step in and when to give you space. They’ll walk you through anything you’re unsure about, help you get comfortable, and make sure you have what you need without interrupting the quiet you came here to find.

We believe hospitality is part of wellness. A calm experience isn’t only created by the water, the warmth, or the quiet of our rooms. It begins with feeling welcomed. It’s knowing there’s a friendly face nearby if you have a question, someone who will take the time to explain something, or simply a person who understands that sometimes the best service is giving you plenty of room to be.

We’re so lucky to have John, Olina, and Salem with us. They’re a big part of what makes Saha feel like Saha. Not just a place you come to receive a service, but a place where someone knows you’re here, takes care of the little things, and gives you permission to settle in and simply be.
