Our very first soundbath

Saturday, June 27th at 10am

Saha and Hummingbird, join to support AgingUp: a locally founded non-profit to the community’s foster youth in their aging out process.

Join us on the rooftop for a restorative sound bath guided by local sound healer, Hummingbird. Entirely self-taught and led by intuition, Hummingbird creates immersive sound journeys that encourage stillness, presence, and connection. Sound healing uses vibration and resonance to help calm the nervous system and invite a meditative state. Because the body is composed largely of water, sound waves can be experienced not only through hearing, but as subtle sensations moving throughout the body.

As the sounds wash over you, allow yourself to settle into a deeper awareness of both your inner landscape and the world around you. Many people find that sound baths foster a profound sense of self while also strengthening feelings of connection, to nature, to community, and to the shared human experience.

This rooftop gathering is an invitation to slow down, listen deeply, and reconnect.
